Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious with good lighting and fluffy pillows. The complimentary breakfast featured great options, including a make-your-own pancake machine. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the room keys and insufficient customer service late at night. Additionally, noise from the freeway was bothersome, and amenities like the mini-fridge were not properly maintained.

the stay at hyatt place was enjoyable! the double room with two double beds and a sofa bed was spacious and comfortable for my family with children. the staff, especially jackie and lisa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience much better. the location is great with plenty of places to eat nearby, and we appreciated the clean facilities.

I had a great stay here. The staff was friendly, especially Gigi at the front desk. The breakfast was just out of this world, much better than I expected, with hot and fresh options every morning. Plus, the room was spacious, comfortable, and gave off a relaxing vibe that made it all the more enjoyable.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.
